CDM Co-ordinator Services

CPS consultants are registered members of the Association of Project Safety (APS) and the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).

Based on our principals of building amicable long term relationships with our clients, CPS provides flexible and competitive fees which can be adapted to suit project requirements. Within in our flexible payment options, fixed fee packages are available where we offer a ‘hands on’ and bespoke approach including initial client and site meetings, attendance of the pre-contract meeting and progress meetings among others.

CDM 2007 Regulations state ’The client must appoint a competent, adequately resourced CDM Co-ordinator as soon as practicable after the initial design work or other preparations for construction work have begun’. Through liaising and communicating closely with contractors, clients and designers the team at CPS are able to ensure we become an integrated part of the project team to support and assist with the aim of a smooth transition throughout each phase of a project.
