CPS is a privately owned consultancy specialising in the historical conservation sector with a key focus on building amicable long term relationships with our clients. We provide bespoke services that are developed and implemented for our client’s specific site and project requirements.
CPS was established in 2006 and became a limited company in 2009. Since inception the company has enjoyed strong growth and gained a reputation for bespoke services and our commitment to excellence. CPS offers a wealth of talented and experienced safety professionals including, APS registered CDM Co-ordinators, Chartered Occupational Health and Safety Consultants and Qualified health and Safety Trainers.
Managing Director
Victoria Godberford-Orton has over 15 years’ experience working in health and safety from the general workplace to multimillion pound historical conservation projects. Victoria is an accredited CDM Co-ordinator with the Association of Project Safety (APS) and a safety practitioner member of the Institute of Occupation Health and Safety (IOSH). Victoria has worked on esteemed heritage projects large and small throughout her career and has earned a highly regarded and trustworthy reputation within the industry. As a professional specialising in historic buildings, Victoria is a dedicated advocate for the industry and actively participates within the sector and is a member of the West Midlands Architect’s Conservation Group among others whilst CPS are corporate members of The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB)
